The Penderbrook Clubhouse
Penderbrook is a Planned Unit Development ideally situated at the intersection of Interstate 66 and Route 50 in the Fair Oaks area of western Fairfax County, VA.
Penderbrook's units consist of 177 single family homes, 527 townhomes, and 1024 condominiums built on 300 acres. The community is built around a lush 18-hole, par 71 championship golf course, which is open to the public.
On March 19, 1991, The Penderbrook Community Association (PCA) elected the initial homeowner-controlled Board of Directors. An approved amendment to the PCA Bylaws allowed each of the seven individual communities within Penderbrook to elect their own representative to the PCA Board.
