WELCOME TO PENDERBROOK!

The Penderbrook Playgroup

started on July 13th and is going strong!

Located approximately 20 miles west of Washington, D.C. and only minutes from Dulles International Airport, Penderbrook has 1,776 homes, including Executive Style Single Family Homes, Townhomes, and Garden Style Condominiums, built around an 18-hole championship golf course.

Our numerous amenities include a large, beautiful Pool Facility, a Clubhouse, a Fitness Center, Tennis and Basketball Courts, and tot lots.

Our community is located near the Fair Oaks Shopping Center, Fair Oaks Hospital, has easy access to Route 66 and is on a bus line that serves the Metro.

Our community website was developed by the Penderbrook Community Association to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. In the coming weeks we will be adding more features to the website. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.

Crimewatch Representative for Penderbrook

Penderbrook Community Association has arranged for a Fairfax County Police Officer to work with our community on crime issues. He lives within the community, and patrols during his off-duty hours. He is in a unique position to really get to know exactly what problems we deal with, and which areas of the community need special attention. If you notice any criminal or suspicious activity within the community, please go to the Crime Watch section of this site. His e-mail address and phone number are in that section. Depending on the urgency of the situation, you may also need to call the Fairfax County Police directly.

Issue with Dog Owners

Attention Penderbrook dog owners: Please note that the Golf Path is NOT a dog walking, running or strolling path. It is strictly for golfers. The golf course is private property, for golfers only. We have been experiencing a problem with dog owners not picking up after their dogs, especially along the golf path, on the golf course, and along Penderbrook Drive and South Penderbrook Drive.
