The Fairways 

 

There are 241 Townhomes in this newest section of the Penderbrook

community. Community spirit abounds here with people joining together

to add special landscaping enhancements. One of the views from this

area is the spectacular 120-foot geyser rising from the pond of the

Penderbrook Golf Club. Several of the townhomes rest alongside

of the 12th and 13th holes of this scenic golf course. The Fairways
