L&T Personal Trainers are available to help you achieve your fitness goals. 30 and 60 minute sessions are available. Partner Pump and small group training are also available. Please contact Fitness Center Staff for pricing. Various screenings are held throughout the year, including body-composition, bone-density, resting metabolic rate and cholesterol.
