Penderbrook Pool
The Penderbrook Pool Facility features a large, beautiful pool, a tot pool, a diving pool, and a plentiful supply of tables with umbrellas and lounging chairs. The bathhouses include showers, lockers and saunas. The Activity Room in the Pool Facility, which can be rented for pool parties, has tables and chairs for up to 20 people, a large-screen TV with Cable, and an MP3 Sound System. *(Please go to the Documents and Forms section to for the Clubhouse/Activity Room Rental Agreement form.)

Pool Passes
If you are a Penderbrook resident, and would like to obtain a Penderbrook Facilities Pass, please stop by the Association Office during business hours. We are open from 8:30 AM -
5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
*Please note that, due to the time it takes to process a Facilities Pass Application, no passes will be issued after 4:45 PM.
