The Penderbrook Community Association has been awarded the 2016 Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Association Institute's Community Association of the Year Award (very large association).  The PCA was selected based upon a review of the community’s governance, board procedures, financial management, committee structure, crime prevention efforts, community communications, and insurance preparedness.  Congratulations Penderbrook!  Click here to read more.
