The (PCA) Design Standards and Maintenance Guidelines (DSMG) is approved and posted. This update, effective April 1, incorporates the changes in our community since the last DSMG release.  It puts more responsibility with the individual land-bay Architectural Review Boards (ARB) by restoring the order for change requests putting the ARB review prior to the PCA Covenants Committee review.  It also provides a process for approving changes across the land-bay.  Please note that these documents are available at penderbrook.com under the "Association Documents" tab.  Hard copies of the DSMG can be picked up at the PCA Office.
