Do you have your Penderbrook ID card?  If not, now is the time to come to the PCA office to get yours.  Plan ahead to avoid a long wait at the office.  

All Penderbrook residents in good standing are eligible for facility privileges after providing the PCA office with a copy of the closing settlement statement or tenant rental agreement and a completed application for facility privileges signed by the unit owner designating facility use authorization.  The PCA ID card is required for pool, tennis court and gym use as well as admittance to other community events.  Residents who present their ID card at the Penderbrook Golf Course also receive a discount.   All residents (12 years old and up) are issued a PCA ID for the initial cost of $2 (cash or check).  Replacement IDs cost $10. Please come to the office Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM for ID processing or Wednesdays until 6:45 PM.  **Please bring cash or check as we cannot process credit cards.****Note that Penderbrook ID cards are the possession of the PCA and must be returned when you move. There is $10 fee for any unreturned ID(s) that must be reconciled prior to the processing of new facility privileges. Call the office at 703-359-7084 with any questions.

 

2017 Penderbrook ID STICKERS

The 2017 ID card yearly validation stickers were mailed to unit owners in good standing with the Association along with the PCA Annual Meeting literature.  The yearly validation stickers are good from pool season to pool season, not January to January.  All units were mailed two ID stickers regardless of the number of individuals with ID cards.  Additional decals for units with more than two residents with IDs are available for pick up at the PCA office during regular business hours.  Off site owners are responsible for forwarding the decals and placement information to their tenants.  Please call the office at 703-359-7084 with any questions.
