On April 7, 2020, the County Executive submitted an updated FY 2021 budget proposal that reflects the new economic realities of the COVID-19 pandemic.
FY2021 Advertised Budget Plan
This proposal is streamlined substantially from the original FY 2021 Advertised Budget Plan. All proposed tax rate and fee increases have been eliminated to alleviate pressure on the County’s taxpayers. Review the updated FY 2021 Proposed Budget Here

Dear Penderbrook family:
During these unprecedented times we are all focused on our health and safety first and foremost. We also want everyone to know the PCA community is strong, resilient and altruistic. Last week I established the Neighborhood Response Task Force to serve our neighbors in need. I am proud to say we have a significant number of people who are ready, willing and able to help with picking up and delivering food or medicine. We have also had folks volunteer gift cards if you are struggling to pay for necessities. Due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 global pandemic and based upon guidance issued by the CDC and Federal, State and Local governments, the Penderbrook Fitness Center will be CLOSED from 12:00 PM March 17, 2020 until Tuesday, April 21st, 2020. The Penderbrook Office is also CLOSED for walk-in business until Tuesday, April 21st, 2020. Staff is available to assist you by telephone and email during office hours.

ARB applications, parking pass applications can be placed in the black drop box in front of the Penderbrook Office (3704 Golf Trail Lane). Please use the white Penderbrook Office drop box to submit assessment payments. Facility passes will not be issued while the office is closed.
