A huge "THANK YOU"  to the 400+ Penderbrook residents that came out for the Penderbrook Annual Picnic on Saturday.  The weather was picture perfect, the food was delicious (courtesy of our friends at Famous Dave's) and the Caiso Steelband serenaded the Penderbrook crowd with Caribbean tunes.  Mark your calendar now for the third Saturday in August 2018 for next year's picnic!!
