PENDERBROOK SEMI-ANNUAL ASSESSMENT

PCA SEMI-ANNUAL ASSESSMENT INFORMATION
The PCA semi-annual assessment ($375) is due January 1 and considered late after January 30. Invoices should be received by the end of this week (12/30).  Payment can be made by mail to Penderbrook Community Association c/o Cardinal Management Group.  
 
PLEASE NOTE: the PCA's payment address has changed. If you utilize your personal bank’s bill pay service or send a personal check, please be sure to change the remittance address to the new payment address: P.O. Box 52358 Phoenix, AZ 85072-2358.  Any check mailed to the former billing address will be forwarded to the new address.
 
If you pay your assessments through Cardinal Management Group’s Direct Debit program you do not need to do anything further.  Checks should be made payable to PCA.  You can also help reduce the costs to the Association by opting to pay the PCA semi-annual dues using direct debit. Click here to download and print the direct debit form.  Those that are enrolled in the Cardinal Management direct debit program do not receive an invoice.  Please note that you will still receive invoices if you are enrolled in your own online bill pay through your individual bank.  You can also make payment by check at the PCA office during office hours or by utilizing the office drop box.  
**(The residents of Penderbrook Square do not make separate payment to the PCA as their assessment is included with their monthly condo fees.)**
