Clubhouse

 

                    

If you are looking for a place to host your next event or function, please consider renting the Penderbrook Clubhouse. Our beautiful facility is available for private rental by any owner of the community with an account in good standing. The Clubhouse has a comfortable seating capacity of 125 people and features a full kitchen with two ovens for reheating, dishwasher, a large screen TV and sound system. The space also comes with extra tables and chairs for use that are kept in storage. Please note that the rates have recently been updated and the space is now only rented as a whole.
